What if I need to change my appointment?Not a problem, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice to adjust our schedules.

Who will be cleaning my home/facility?We will send the same team of professionals each time we come to your home/facility. In the event of illness, vacation, or other reasons, we may substitute team members.

How should I prepare for Steel City Cleaners arrival?In order for us to maximize our time, we ask that you pick up any toys, clothes, etc. prior to our arrival.

Do I have to be present for the duration of my Steel City Cleaning service?It is not necessary for you to be present, all of our team members are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. For ease of access, we request that you provide us with a key or code upon confirmation of your appointment.

What should I do about my security system?Please turn your security system off or provide us with your code to enter. We will re-enter your security code upon our departure.

How do I pay for services?For a one-time service, payments are due day of. For recurring residential services, payments are due same day. For recurring commercial/office services, payments are due once a month. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.

What is your satisfaction gurantee?We gurantee all cleanings. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. If necessary, we will return the next day to correct the cleaning.
